Tried Help, used the cmd prompt, but permissions prevent me. Help???

This is being caused by User Account Protection, which is designed to prevent malware from runing these sorts of tools without your explicit consent.
In order to run administrative tools from command prompt, you will need to open the command prompt "as administrator". Here's how:
- Click Start - Type cmd in the search box, or find command prompt in all programs - Right click Command Prompt, and select Run As Administrator - Click Continue when the security box comes up
You now have a "root" command prompt, which will keep you from getting Access Denied messages caused by User Account Protection :)
